O.K. More fun in the new world kids. In an effort to capitalize on two booming trends sweeping the nation-LOLcats and perpwalks-I have created the LOLperps blog. If you want to play along just find a pic of your favorite perp, walking the walk or lying to congress, give it the LOLperps treatment.
